A) SHIPPING
At DORMISSIMO we work very hard to manufacture, prepare and dispatch your products in a very short time. We ship our products throughout Europe. We guarantee delivery within 2 to 10 working days, depending on the courier and destination country.
The delivery period starts from the moment we receive the order during our working hours. Once the order is dispatched, DORMISSIMO will email you the tracking number so you can fully track your order.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national or local holidays, when no deliveries occur. Delivery times can be affected by circumstances beyond our control (bad weather, strikes, loss, etc.). Should this occur, we will inform you.
Delivery will not be considered delayed if caused at the customer’s request or if we cannot locate the buyer using the provided information.
B) WITHDRAWAL (RIGHT OF CANCELLATION)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days, without any justification. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify DORMISSIMO (C/ Las Tejeras, 12 – Yecla, Murcia, Spain or via email to info@dormalit.kustomestudio.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter by post or email). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.
In case of withdrawal, we will refund the full price of the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notification of your decision. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used originally unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of return, whichever comes first.
You must return or deliver the goods to DORMISSIMO (C/ Las Tejeras, 12 – Yecla, Murcia) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date you communicated your decision to withdraw.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, and you must arrange the shipment. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
According to Article 103 of Spanish Law 3/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Services fully performed with prior explicit consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right.
Goods/services priced on financial market fluctuations outside the business's control.
Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
Perishable goods or those with a short expiry date.
Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Alcoholic beverages delivered after 30 days with fluctuating prices.
Urgent repair or maintenance services requested by the consumer.
Sealed audio, video, or software recordings unsealed by the consumer.
Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except subscription contracts.
Contracts concluded at public auctions.
Accommodation, transport, vehicle rental, catering, or leisure services with specific dates.
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with explicit consent, losing the right of withdrawal.
